During my 26 years with major global reinsurer Swiss Re, latterly as Head of Reinsurance P&C IT Accounting and Claims, I worked at the forefront of digital transformation and process automation in claims, IT and accounting, leading on wide-scale transformation projects and driving forward successful human-centred digital change initiatives.

Today, I’m an outcome-focused independent consultant deploying my experience and expertise to successfully help reinsurers with their technology solutions.
